Michelle graduated from Indiana University, Bloomington, with a degree in Education in 1990. After a year of substitute teaching and coaching, Michelle responded to a request to fill in temporarily as a receptionist in an agency where her brother was a Producer. The temporary assignment ended up being anything but temporary. After 32 years, she has worn just about every hat there is in an agency on both the Property & Casualty and Life & Health side of the business. Even though she is not teaching in a school, she uses her Education degree every day helping people understand insurance products and guiding them through the enrollment and application process. Michelle has been married to her husband, Michael, since 1994, and they have an adult son Jonah. When not in the office, Michelle spends her time with family and friends, chasing around her mini golden-doodles, Boomer and Buck, playing golf, volleyball, pickelball, and riding her bike. She enjoys cheering on the Pacers, Colts, Cubs, and Hoosiers. She is an active member of Westlake Community Church in Indianapolis, where she can be found volunteering in a classroom with the kids.
